My name is Marilu Nieto.  I am over 50, and quite frankly it doesn't bother me to admit that fact.  I feel I have earned the right to say it!

I am a Real Estate Broker, and I have been since 1999. I was a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1989.  It has been a longggg time.  Now, I have dedicated my time and effort to help people that are in distressed situations with respect to their mortgage. You see, I have been there.  In 2008 and 2009 I struggled being in foreclosure. I struggled getting that nasty feeling in my stomach when I had to speak to my lender.  I have been there.  Now, I try and speak with as many homeowners I can about what to do, or at least give them as much information as I can to help them decide what to do.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish.

I work with my daughter, Kirina who is also a Broker, (she is my boss) and our company is Diva Homes & Investments.
